We had a shower at work a few weeks ago for Jennifer, one of the nurses that works at the clinic. We had such a good time, and she got so many good gifts. Jennifer and I have been working together for about 5 years, and we have a great time together!!
I ordered the cake from Ed's Bakery in Conway, who by far makes the BEST cakes ever. We order all of our birthday cakes, party cakes, and shower cakes from there. And anytime we are driving through town, we stop to get some cookies....good food!! 
Here are just a few of the gifts Jennifer and Baby Kaylin got from the shower. Jennifer took home a car full of gifts, and we were all glad to be able to be a part of this time in her life!
Baby Kaylin was born today weighing 5 pounds 10 ounces, and she is adorable!! I could hold her for hours. There is nothing like the sweet noises, the baby smell, and the tiny fingers of a newborn baby. And NO, I am not wanting another one....just enjoying this sweet baby and her sweet family.

Our "Momma Janet" is holding Kaylin with Kaylin's mommy, Jennifer, and her big brother, Brayden. This is only about 5 hours after giving birth....they look great!
Sweet baby Kaylin resting well and soaking up all of this love, which is one thing she will never lack. I wish all babies had such a good start in life!! We will be praying for this sweet family over the next few weeks as they adjust to their changing roles and learn how to love and care for their new baby.
